Can I send direct to the recipient?
Yes, of course! Simply tick the 'send as gift' box at checkout, choose which card and/or gift box you would like, write a little message and then leave the rest to us!
I'm sending as a gift - will prices be removed?
If you're sending your order as a gift, simply tick the box that says 'send as gift' at checkout and we will make sure to send a gift receipt and remove all pricing information. Be sure to leave a gift message so they know who it's from!
Are orders gift-wrapped?
We offer complimentary gift-wrapping on all our orders, so you can be assured your order will arrive looking lovely.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are carefully hand-wrapped and packaged up before being posted. Choose from two shipping options; either Royal Mail's 48 hour fully tracked, which you will receive within 3-5 days from placing your order, or the DHL Express Service, which will be 1-2 working days if you order before 2pm.
Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery, as couriers are currently experiencing such high volumes. This service excludes weekends and bank holidays - orders placed on a Friday will be despatched on a Monday.
We despatch orders daily Monday to Friday, but please be patient during our busy promotional periods.
How much is UK delivery?
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service costs £3.99 for orders under £50. Delivery is free for orders over £50 on this service.
The DHL express service costs £5.50
Has my order been despatched?
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail with your order acknowledgement and then a further e-mail once your order has been despatched.
What is the returns policy?
We put customer satisfaction first and if you do wish to return or exchange a product, simply send the unworn, unused item back to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange the item for something of your choice & of equivalent value.
As a small business, we politely request that customers pay the postage fee for a return, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.
